All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Credits are used to generate AI videos, images, and music on WowMade. Everything is delivered digitally to your account immediately after payment — see our Fulfillment Policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the displayed price until cancelled. You expressly accept the subscription terms at checkout before any charge is made. You can cancel online at any time under Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription, whichever processor bills you, or directly with the processor (Whop subscriptions at whop.com under Profile → Orders; Stripe subscriptions via our Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access and credits until then.

Unlimited Seedream 5.0 Pro Window

Every monthly subscription plan includes an unlimited Seedream 5.0 Pro window: for the first 3 days (72 hours) of each paid billing month — starting when the month's subscription payment succeeds — Seedream 5.0 Pro image generations cost 0 credits. A fair-use limit of 90 images per day of the window applies (up to 270 images per billing month). Days are measured as consecutive 24-hour periods from the moment the window opens. Images beyond the daily fair-use limit and generations with any other model are charged in credits at the normal rates. The window requires an active subscription, is not transferable, does not roll over, and unused window time has no cash or credit value. Refunded or disputed payments end the window immediately.

Credit packs are one-time purchases available to active subscribers — they do not renew and the credits do not expire while your account remains open.

Savings and Promotional Claims

Percentage savings shown on the site (for example "SAVE 42%" or "40% OFF") compare the price per credit of a plan or pack against the price per credit of the smallest ("Start") option of the same type. They are not a limited-time discount from a former selling price.

Billing Details

Payments are processed securely by Whop (all new purchases) or by Stripe (subscriptions started before we moved checkout to Whop), on behalf of Pinewood Labs1 LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA). We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
A Whop charge appears on your card statement under a Whop descriptor (beginning with WHOP); a Stripe charge appears as WOWMADE.AI. Your email receipt identifies the processor.
Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Every charge is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.
We send an email receipt after every charge, including instructions on how to cancel.

Common Billing Questions

What are WowMade credits?

Credits are the single currency for everything you create on WowMade. An AI image costs 1–3 credits, a 5-second AI video costs 10–20 credits depending on the model and resolution, and a full AI music track costs 10 credits.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire while your account remains open — both subscription credits and one-time credit packs.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel online at any time under Account → Subscription. You can also cancel directly with the processor: Whop memberships at whop.com under Profile → Orders → Cancel membership, and subscriptions started before we moved to Whop via our Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your access and credits until then.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — every charge is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided you've used 20% or fewer of the credits from that purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I use my creations commercially?

Yes. Commercial use is included in every plan and credit pack — use your AI videos, images, and music in ads, social media, client work, and monetized content.

What is the 3-day unlimited Seedream 5.0 Pro window?

Every monthly plan includes an unlimited window for Seedream 5.0 Pro images: for the first 3 days (72 hours) of each paid billing month, Seedream 5.0 Pro generations cost 0 credits. What's the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?

Subscriptions renew monthly and are how you join WowMade. Credit packs are one-time top-ups available to active subscribers — they never renew and stack on top of your monthly credits when you need more.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely by Whop. All prices are in USD. Whop charges appear on your statement under a Whop descriptor; subscriptions started before we moved to Whop are still billed by Stripe and appear as WOWMADE.AI.
